About MADY labs

MADY labs is a Systems-first growth platform providing website experiences, performance marketing, brand content, automation systems, analytics, consulting, and related creative or technical services.

Using The Website

• You must use the website lawfully, respectfully, and only for genuine service, career, feedback, account, or business communication purposes.
• You must not attempt to bypass authentication, misuse admin or manager routes, interfere with security controls, scrape private data, upload malicious files, spam forms, or disrupt the website.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Information submitted through forms, service requests, applications, and account screens must be accurate and current.

Accounts And Portal Access

Some features require registration or login. MADY labs may approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or remove access where needed for security, misuse prevention, staff management, or service operations. Admin and manager tools are restricted to authorized agency users only.

Service Requests And Project Work

• Submitting a service request does not automatically create a binding project agreement.
• MADY labs may review, accept, reject, clarify, quote, schedule, or close requests based on fit, availability, scope, and business requirements.
• Project timelines, deliverables, revisions, pricing, and responsibilities are confirmed through written communication, proposal, invoice, payment link, or a separate agreement.
• Unless a proposal or written agreement says otherwise, revision rounds, extra pages, extra assets, new feature requests, campaign changes, automation changes, integrations, and additional deliverables may be treated as additional scope.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, client delays in providing content, feedback, approvals, access, assets, or payments may affect timelines and delivery dates.
• MADY labs may refuse requests involving unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or unethical material.

Payments

Payment pages may show locked amounts created by MADY labs for accepted work or service milestones. Payments may be processed through providers such as PayPal or Razorpay. A payment is treated as complete only after successful gateway confirmation and internal verification.

Where an introductory offer is shown, the launch component provides 10% off each of an eligible buyer's first two completed purchases and the separate first-package component may provide another 10% on the first eligible purchase. Eligibility is verified using account and normalized payment-email history. Failed, expired, or canceled payments do not consume the offer, while completed purchases do. MADY labs may refuse or reverse duplicate eligibility caused by alternate accounts, email addresses, or other attempts to circumvent the offer rules.

Taxes, gateway charges, currency conversion charges, bank charges, or platform fees may apply depending on the payment method and location. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees paid for confirmed work, reserved capacity, completed milestones, strategy, discovery, setup, third-party costs, or delivered services are not automatically refundable.

Refunds, cancellations, paused projects, or unused balances are reviewed case by case based on work completed, reserved time, third-party costs, project stage, and the written terms agreed for that service.

Consumer Rights And Grievances

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Service description, total price, taxes, payment method, cancellation terms, and material delivery conditions are confirmed in the applicable request, proposal, invoice, or payment page.

For a service or billing grievance, email [email protected] with the request ID and payment reference. MADY labs aims to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, or sooner where applicable law requires. Statutory consumer remedies remain available.

Meetings, Availability, And Communication

Meeting links, availability slots, decision emails, delivery emails, feedback requests, WhatsApp messages, and other communications are provided to coordinate work. Users must not share private meeting links, payment links, staff invites, or account access with unauthorized people.

Career, Staff, And Resume Features

Career and staff features may collect onboarding details, resumes, profile information, availability, and staff-related requests. Submitting details does not guarantee hiring, staff access, continued access, or a specific role. MADY labs may review, approve, reject, remove, or update staff access according to internal requirements.

Client Content And Permissions

• You confirm that you have the right to share all logos, brand assets, copy, images, videos, data, account access, instructions, and other materials you provide.
• You grant MADY labs permission to use submitted materials as needed to evaluate requests, prepare proposals, perform services, communicate with you, and deliver agreed work.
• You are responsible for reviewing final work before public launch, publication, ad spend, or business use.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, claims, offers, prices, guarantees, testimonials, regulated statements, and approvals connected to your business content.

Automation And Content Systems

MADY labs may build or configure automations, content systems, CRM flows, reporting systems, or third-party integrations as agency deliverables. Clients remain responsible for approving public content, monitoring automated actions, and complying with platform rules and applicable laws. Direct use of MADY AI Studio and ServX AI is governed by the separate legal documents presented inside AI Studio.

Intellectual Property

The MADY labs website, logo, interface, copy, visuals, generated or commissioned artwork, animations, data-story presentations, interaction patterns as implemented, code, workflows, service placards, templates, internal tools, and content are owned by MADY labs or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, train on, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices from, or misuse website materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Ownership of custom deliverables for a client project is handled by the applicable proposal, invoice, written agreement, or final handoff terms. MADY labs may retain ownership of reusable methods, pre-existing code, frameworks, know-how, internal tools, and general concepts used to create work.

Idea Labs And MADY Real Estate

Idea Labs contains proprietary pre-engagement design explorations, including MADY Real Estate. Public viewing is provided only to evaluate MADY labs' creative and technical capabilities; it does not grant a licence to reproduce, adapt, commercialize, scrape, train on, or present a concept or its generated imagery as your own. Any client licence, assignment, adaptation, or production implementation must be agreed separately in writing.

MADY Real Estate is an illustrative design concept, not a property listing service, broker, developer, investment adviser, or offer to buy or sell real estate. Project names, locations as paired with projects, prices, configurations, availability descriptions, timelines, metrics, testimonials or design principles, and calculator scenarios are fictional or demonstrative unless expressly identified as verified live information.

The Decision Studio provides simplified mathematical scenarios for interface demonstration only. It excludes taxes, transaction costs, financing, rental yield, inflation, legal due diligence, market volatility, and property-specific risk. Nothing displayed is financial, legal, tax, property, RERA, valuation, or investment advice, a guarantee of appreciation, or a substitute for qualified professional advice and independent verification.

Illustrative Interface Signals

The About page and other editorial presentations may use progress percentages, terminal readouts, charts, timelines, labels, or similar interface signals to explain a narrative, method, or design concept. Unless expressly labelled as live, measured, or audited production data, these values are illustrative presentation devices and must not be interpreted as verified performance, customer, financial, delivery, or business statistics.

Third-Party Services

The website and services may rely on third-party platforms such as Supabase, PayPal, Razorpay, Google services, Cloudflare, email providers, analytics tools, ad platforms, hosting providers, automation tools, AI tools, and other software. MADY labs is not responsible for outages, policy changes, fees, account restrictions, API changes, tracking limitations, or failures caused by third-party services outside its control.

No Guaranteed Results

MADY labs aims to create high-quality digital work and measurable growth systems, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer quality, budget, competition, platform changes, customer behavior, and client execution. No specific revenue, ranking, conversion, ROAS, traffic, or lead result is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MADY labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, service delays, platform outages, third-party tools, user-submitted content, or business decisions made using the website or services. MADY labs' total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount paid to MADY labs for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to protect MADY labs from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms, unlawful content, infringement claims related to materials you provide, or breach of third-party platform rules.

Termination

MADY labs may suspend or terminate access to the website, account features, staff tools, or services if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, security risks arise, or continued access would harm users, staff, systems, or the business.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with MADY labs for good-faith resolution. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other non-excludable jurisdiction, disputes will be brought before the competent courts in India identified by the applicable invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Changes To These Terms

MADY labs may update these terms as the website, services, providers, pricing, workflows, or legal requirements change. Material changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date; where required, we will provide notice or obtain fresh consent.
