Agency Service Agreement / Statement Of Work

How MADY labs defines scope, delivery, and responsibilities.

This page explains the working structure that applies to accepted MADY labs requests unless a separate signed proposal, invoice, or written statement of work says otherwise.

Scope Confirmation

A submitted request is reviewed before work is confirmed. Scope, timeline, deliverables, payment, revision expectations, access requirements, and responsibilities may be finalized through written messages, meetings, proposals, invoices, payment links, or a separate statement of work.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate requirements, brand assets, copy, approvals, access, references, and feedback on time.
  • Confirm that you have rights to all materials shared with MADY labs.
  • Review and approve deliverables before launch, publication, ad spend, automation activation, or business use.

MADY labs Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed work with reasonable professional care based on the accepted scope.
  • Communicate material changes, blockers, dependencies, and delivery updates through the request flow or agreed channels.
  • Use client materials only as needed to evaluate, build, communicate, and deliver the accepted work.

Scope Changes

Extra pages, new features, additional creative assets, integrations, campaign changes, automation changes, extra revisions, urgent timelines, or work outside the accepted brief may require revised pricing, revised timelines, or a new payment link.

Acceptance, Delays, And Confidentiality

Any acceptance period in the applicable scope controls. Client delays, unavailable third-party systems, late approvals, or missing access may move milestones. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, but should communicate the impact promptly.

Each party must use the other's non-public business information only for the project, protect it with reasonable care, and disclose it only to people or providers who need it for the work or where law requires disclosure.

Delivery And Handoff

Delivery may include files, links, access, documentation, previews, published assets, configured systems, or other outputs appropriate to the service. Ownership of final custom deliverables is handled by the agreed proposal, invoice, written scope, or handoff terms.

Idea Labs References And Production Adaptation

Idea Labs concepts shown before engagement, including MADY Real Estate, remain MADY labs' pre-existing proprietary material unless a signed scope expressly states otherwise. Referencing a concept in a request does not transfer ownership or create an exclusive licence.

A production real-estate implementation requires client-supplied and independently verified inventory, pricing, availability, RERA and other regulatory information, claims, imagery rights, privacy notices, CRM destinations, and professional legal review. The client remains responsible for approving those production facts and regulated disclosures before launch.
