Agency Services Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds, cancellations, and paused work are reviewed.
This policy explains how MADY labs handles cancellations, refund requests, reserved project capacity, third-party costs, and partially completed digital service work.
Project-Based Services
MADY labs provides strategy, design, development, content, marketing, automation, and related digital services. Because these services often involve planning time, reserved capacity, research, setup, creative work, third-party tools, and custom implementation, refunds are not automatic once work has started.
Before Work Starts
If a client cancels before work begins, MADY labs may review the request and refund eligible unused amounts after deducting payment gateway fees, administrative costs, third-party charges, booked meetings, discovery work, or reserved capacity where applicable.
After Work Starts
Once a project is accepted, scheduled, researched, designed, developed, configured, launched, or otherwise worked on, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed, time spent, deliverables prepared, external costs, and the written scope agreed for that request.
Completed milestones, discovery, strategy, setup, audits, creative concepts, purchased tools, ad spend, domain/hosting costs, automation setup, and delivered files are generally non-refundable unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Paused Or Changed Scope
If a client pauses a project, changes direction, delays feedback, withholds required access, or requests major scope changes, MADY labs may adjust timelines, pricing, deliverables, or remaining balances. Additional work may require a new quote or payment link.
How To Request A Refund
To request a refund or cancellation review, contact [email protected] with your name, request ID, service title, payment reference, and reason. MADY labs will acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours and aims to resolve it within one month, or sooner where applicable law requires. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method, subject to bank or gateway processing times.
Billing Errors And Non-Excludable Rights
Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, payments taken without service activation, and verified billing errors will be investigated and corrected. Nothing in this policy limits refunds, charge corrections, or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.
