Information We Collect

• Account details such as your name, email address, password authentication status, age, gender, country, role, and profile preferences.
• Service request details such as project type, selected services, requirements, messages, estimates, request status, availability selections, meeting links, ratings, feedback, and delivery remarks.
• For guest plan requests, short-lived hashed access-session tokens, hashed six-digit verification codes, expiry times, failed-attempt counts, and the email address used to authorize request access.
• Career and staff details such as role interest, skills, experience, location, availability, profile photo, resume files, designation, staff bio, and resignation requests.
• Payment information needed to create or verify payment links, including requester name, requester email, service title, locked amount, currency, payment status, gateway order/session IDs, and payment provider references.
• Technical and security information such as cookie consent, a privacy-safe visitor ID when cookies are accepted, rate-limit signals, browser/device data, and logs needed to keep the website secure.
• Messages you send through contact, feedback, WhatsApp, email, onboarding, request, and support flows.

How We Use Information

• To create and manage user, client, admin, and manager accounts.
• To receive, review, accept, reject, deliver, track, and follow up on service requests.
• To provide unregistered plan-request customers with temporary three-hour access after email verification, using single-use codes that expire after five minutes.
• To send transactional emails, meeting details, payment links, staff invites, onboarding confirmations, request decisions, delivery updates, and rating requests.
• To operate the staff portal, availability tools, service placards, feedback review, profile controls, and account deletion flows.
• To process secure payments through supported payment providers and update payment records after successful verification.
• To prevent spam, abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, and security incidents.
• To improve the website, services, content, campaigns, internal workflows, and customer experience.

Cookies And Local Storage

MADY labs uses an essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. If you accept cookies, the site may also set a privacy-safe visitor ID used for spam protection, security checks, and request-limit controls. The cookie banner can be declined, and no sensitive account data is stored in cookies.

The site may also use browser storage for portal notifications, request tracking visibility, interface state, and similar user experience features.

Analytics And Measurement

MADY labs may use analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic, page performance, device/browser patterns, visitor interactions, and technical issues. MADY labs does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, resumes, or other directly identifying form content to Google Analytics. Analytics data is used to improve website performance, content, marketing decisions, and user experience.

Interactive Presentation And Visual Effects

Public pages may use viewport visibility, pointer position, theme preference, reduced-motion preference, and local interface state to provide animations, interactive storytelling, responsive layouts, and accessible presentation. These interactions are processed in the browser and are not treated as personal profile information unless a separate analytics event is collected under your cookie choice.

Generated or commissioned visual assets may be used as part of MADY labs' public presentation. They are not used to identify visitors and do not change how submitted personal information is handled.

Idea Labs pages, including MADY Real Estate, may contain interactive demonstration controls and preview forms. The current MADY Real Estate scenario calculator runs locally in the browser, and its static presentation form does not transmit or store entered details unless the interface expressly identifies an active submission endpoint and provides the applicable notice.

Authentication, Database, Email, And Payment Providers

The website uses third-party infrastructure to provide core services, including Supabase for authentication, database, profile, request, resume, realtime, and storage features; email delivery tooling for transactional emails; Cloudflare for security, performance, and web analytics; Google services for analytics; and payment gateways such as PayPal and Razorpay where payment is enabled.

These providers may process information such as account identifiers, contact details, technical logs, transaction references, payment status, device/browser data, and submitted files only as needed to deliver their services, secure transactions, maintain records, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable law.

Sharing Information

MADY labs does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with agency staff, service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, security tools, legal advisors, or authorities when necessary to operate the website, deliver services, collect payment, enforce terms, prevent misuse, or comply with law.

Retention And Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal or financial requirements, and protect the website. Regular users can request account removal from the profile page. When account deletion is completed, login, profile, service request, asked-service, feedback, and request-clear history connected to that account are removed from the active database where technically and legally possible.

Our Role And Lawful Grounds

For data collected through MADY labs' own website, accounts, recruitment, billing, and support flows, MADY labs generally acts as the data fiduciary or controller. When we handle personal data only on a client's documented instructions during agency delivery, the client generally remains the data fiduciary or controller and MADY labs acts as its processor or service provider.

We process personal data with consent, to take requested steps or perform a contract, for employment-related and other permitted legitimate uses, to comply with law, and to protect users, systems, and legal rights. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it as easily as you gave it; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may make a requested feature unavailable.

International Processing And Breaches

MADY labs and its providers may process or store information in India and other countries where service infrastructure operates. We use provider, contractual, and access-control safeguards and will observe any transfer restriction notified under applicable Indian law.

MADY labs investigates suspected personal-data breaches, takes reasonable containment and remediation steps, and notifies affected individuals and the competent authority when applicable law requires it.

Security

MADY labs uses access controls, authenticated portal flows, role-based permissions, payment verification, moderation checks, rate limiting, and secure provider infrastructure to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should keep passwords private and contact us immediately if they suspect unauthorized access.

Your Rights And Choices

• You may update profile details from your account page where available.
• You may decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner.
• You may use browser controls, cookie settings, or supported opt-out tools to limit analytics tracking where available.
• Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of personal data and processing, correction, completion, updating, erasure, grievance redressal, or nomination of another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity by contacting [email protected].
• You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications by contacting us, while transactional service and account messages may still be sent when needed.

Grievance Redressal

Send privacy grievances to the MADY labs Grievance Contact at [email protected] with the subject 'Privacy Grievance'. We will address the grievance within the period required by applicable law. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before escalating to the Data Protection Board of India or another competent authority where that right is available.

Children

Accounts and paid services are intended for people aged 18 or older. MADY labs does not knowingly seek personal data from children. If we learn that a child's data was submitted without legally valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict it, subject to applicable law.
