Agency Services Data Handling Terms
How client data is handled during service delivery.
These terms explain how MADY labs handles business data, customer data, platform access, files, CRM details, analytics, and automation-related information shared for project work.
Data You May Share
Clients may share brand assets, business information, campaign data, website access, CRM exports, analytics reports, content files, automation requirements, customer segments, and platform credentials or invites when needed for a project.
How We Use Client Data
MADY labs uses client data only to evaluate requirements, prepare scope, perform accepted services, communicate progress, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver work. We do not sell client data.
Client And MADY Roles
For personal data supplied by a client, the client determines the lawful purpose and instructions and remains responsible for notices, consents, data-principal requests, and dataset legality. MADY labs processes that data only for agreed services, documented instructions, security, and legal compliance.
Access And Security
- Share the minimum access needed for the project whenever possible.
- Use role-based invites instead of sharing passwords where supported by the platform.
- Remove MADY labs access after delivery if ongoing support is not active.
- Do not send sensitive personal, financial, health, or regulated data unless it is necessary and agreed in writing.
Third-Party Tools
Project delivery may involve platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, ad platforms, automation tools, CRM systems, AI tools, payment processors, email services, and file storage providers. Those providers may process data according to their own terms and settings.
Incident Support And Requests
MADY labs will notify the affected client without undue delay after confirming a material security incident involving client personal data and provide information reasonably needed for required notices. Where practicable, MADY labs will assist with verified access, correction, erasure, or grievance requests.
Retention
MADY labs keeps project records and files for as long as needed for service delivery, support, dispute handling, legal, tax, accounting, and security purposes. Clients can request deletion or access removal where technically and legally possible.
