Agency & Website Acceptable Use Policy
What is allowed when using MADY labs.
This policy explains the behavior, content, requests, uploads, and automation usage that MADY labs allows across the website, request flows, accounts, staff tools, and client services.
Allowed Use
You may use MADY labs for genuine business, service request, project communication, career, feedback, and account-management purposes. Information you submit should be accurate, lawful, respectful, and connected to a real request or inquiry.
Prohibited Use
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, threatening, sexually exploitative (especially child sexual abuse or exploitation material), infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse forms, bypass authentication, scrape private portal data, or interfere with website security.
- Do not request campaigns, content, automation, or websites that promote scams, impersonation, regulated activity without required authorization, privacy violations, non-consensual tracking, deceptive interfaces, fake claims, election manipulation, or platform-rule violations.
- Do not share private payment links, meeting links, staff invites, admin tools, or account access with unauthorized people.
- Do not copy, scrape, download for reuse, reproduce, adapt, resell, remove ownership notices from, or use Idea Labs concepts, code, generated imagery, or presentation content as AI or machine-learning input or training material without MADY labs' written permission.
Client Automation Systems
CRM systems, reporting, integrations, and automations delivered as client services must be used responsibly. Clients remain responsible for monitoring automated actions, protecting customer data, and following platform rules and applicable laws. Use of MADY AI Studio is governed by the separate policies presented inside AI Studio.
Enforcement
MADY labs may reject requests, remove access, pause work, close accounts, or report abuse when this policy is violated or when continued use may harm users, staff, systems, platforms, or the business.
